MKSP, LLC represents numerous entities that it manages, controls and operates. Currently, the majority of them are either a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins combination location or a Dunkin Donuts location. It also owns and operates Liquor Stores, Convenient Stores, Gas Stations and Commercial Buildings.

MKSP and their associates currently own numerous retail outlets, commercial and retail shopping centers and are actively developing various real estate ventures. They currently own and operate over 16 Dunkin/Baskin Robbins franchisee locations in Maryland. They also have acquired and/or developed various retail and commercial office buildings and are in the process of developing additional retail shopping centers.

MKSP is actively involved in acquisitions, development and operations of Liquor Stores, Gas Stations and Retail Shopping Centers. Other areas of interest for MKSP are numerous franchisee businesses like Subway, Seven-Eleven, Branded/Un-branded Gas Stations, among others.
