Full-Time. Looking for motivated, enthusiastic person with Management experience to direct and develop Operations Managers and Store Managers. Oversight and Verification of daily operations. Ensure proper production and delivery of products. Help Operation Managers and Store Managers in recruiting and training employees. Ensure and streamline training. Conduct regular meetings with Operation and Store Managers with defined goals, incentives and oversight.

Full-time. Oversee recruiting, training, management and overall operations for a network of stores. Ensure excellent customer service, crew development, food safety and store cleanliness. Maintain communication and act as a liaison with Dunkin Operations Director. In charge of complete store operations. Maintain intra-store inventory. Maintain adequate staff and conduct regular hiring and training of new staff. Ensure all employees are trained - both in store and on the Dunkin University. Handle and resolve all guest complaints. Ensure proper preventive maintenance.
